Short Description
- Performs clinical support in an URGENT CARE setting and participates in front desk and registration activities to ensure exceptional patient flow/care and optimize throughput of patients.
- This individual will have the unique opportunity to assist in the development and operations of the Cooper Urgent Care Center.
- This model focuses on the acute/immediate care needs for unscheduled care.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and clinical skills are required.

Experience Required
2 years experience with front desk operations and/or as medical assistant in a physician’s practice or 2 years experience as a Critical Care Technician or above.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
License/Certification Requirements
Current CMA or RMA – Certified or Registered Medical Assistant License or 2 years experience as a Critical Care Technician or equivalent.
BLS required
Other qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills, computer literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office software.
