Overview
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting recruitment efforts for URBN Call Center. Collaborates with key partners such as Human Resources, Operations Leaders, and Home Office business partners to ensure all recruitment goals are met to support the business is key to the success of this role.
Responsibilities
- Supports the full lifecycle recruitment process for Call Center roles to include posting job opportunities, reviewing, interviewing, and dispositioning candidates in the ATS as well as other relevant websites or recruiting tools (Indeed, LinkedIn).
- Contributes in the planning, marketing, and executing of hiring events and community job fairs.
- Delivers authentic candidate experience through engaging phone screens, scheduled interviews, on-site hiring events and offer process.
- Assists candidates in the application process, addressing candidate questions and resolving technical issues with a sense of urgency.
- Supports new hires through the onboarding/paperwork process to ensure a seamless employee experience leading up to orientation.
- Participates in on-site employee orientations during peak hiring seasons or as needed.
Requirements
- 1+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience preferred
- 1+ years’ experience partnering with business leaders
- Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills (written/verbal)
