Location Details:

Currently, Sunroom Coffee is a semi-permanent coffee bar in a luxury apartment community located @ Hardware Apartments in SLC. Our first permanent brick and mortar coffee shop is being built directly across the street. This position is for the coffee bar with options to expand and/or switch between the two locations.

Job Description:

Being a start-up coffee company and opening our second location, your day-to-day will be a bit chaotic, but that’s part of the fun! We need your help to turn the chaos into excitement and structure. This position will start as part time until we open up our second location, at which time we would like to expand to full time. As a Barastia/Driver, when we get a delivery order, you will be taking our clients drinks to their place of choosing with our company vehicle. You will be driving a performance vehicle so safe driving is a must. You will also be spending time behind the bar when there are no deliveries helping the crew make drinks, maintaining the shop, handing drinks to customers, and most of the normal responsibilities of a barista. With enough training and when you're ready, you'll be able to do both.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Driving the company Tesla to deliver customers drinks to their homes and offices.
-Driving safely yet quickly inside of the city.
-Ensuring vehicle cleanliness and maintaining delivery equipment.
-Working alongside your peers & friends.
-Talking, connecting, and creating relationships with our regulars & customers.
-Assisting the bartendaristas when not behind the wheel.
-Jumping in and helping make drinks.
-When needed, helping take orders from customers and giving them a great experience.
-Maintaining the orders of the coffee shop.
-Maintaining exceptional cleanliness.
-Working directly alongside the owners on building out SOPs and management procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be in SLC or nearby.
• Drivers license

Compensation, hours, and benefits:

• Hourly pay with tip share.

$12-$14/hr with tip share (~$16.50-$18.50/hr)
