- Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the School of Education to monitor, assess, and provide feedback to teacher candidates.
- Provide regular mentoring plans, timesheets, and additional feedback as required for teacher candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with teacher candidates through virtual office hours and e-mail.
- Maintain clear, consistent records to the School of Education.
- Participate in all required training.
- Respond to teacher candidate questions.
- Follow university policies and procedures.
- A current and valid teaching license.
- Master’s degree in an Education related field.
- Travel to schools to observe teacher candidates.
- Student-focused supervision that addresses the needs of all learners, both traditional and nontraditional.
- Ongoing professional development.
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of and interest in all related educational standards.
- Master’s degree in an Education related field.
