Universal Banker- Member/Customer Service Representative

Are you bilingual (Spanish)and want a great, professional job right in your community? Do you want to work in a friendly, consumer/member focused, low stress environment for 35-40 hours per week and 2 half Saturdays per month?  Do you have a passion for helping people in person, by phone and/or digitally? We are searching for an experienced Universal MSR to add to our credit union’s team based in Fairfax, VA.  Duties include performing teller duties, new accounts opening, loan interviewing and processing and other related branch operations (cash handling) and member services tasks.

Requirements

Minimum: Bilingual plus 1 to 3 years previous financial institution (credit union or bank) experience preferably as an MSR/CSR, Teller, or Universal Banker.

          Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills.

          Demonstrated history of providing outstanding member/customer service.

          Proven track record of successfully working as part of a team.

          Microsoft and PC systems proficiency required.

Salary $18 to $21  based on applicable experience. Applicants with additional years of experience, education and/or consumer lending may warrant a higher starting salary.
