Union Construction Landscape Laborer

```Job Overview```
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks to ensure the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

```Duties```
-Assist in transforming the landscape which can included removing or installing plantings, retaining walls, grading or specialized horticulture work- Assist with the construction of hardscapes, such as patios and walkways-Maintain plant material and installed site landscape throughout the construction and warranty periods until final sign off by the owner or owners representative - Snow removal as needed
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in landscaping or related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and operating machinery
- Knowledge of different plants, trees, and shrubs is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.44 - $21.05 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
