Responsibilities & Qualifications: - Understand the system, workflow, various manual rules and guidelines set forth by West Bend to fulfil service level standards.
- Be proficient in various coverage parts and types of business.
- Produce high volume of work, while maintaining consistency and top quality.
- May review and process final audits.
- Adapt to and support continual changes in technology.
- Mentor trainees and provide backup to trainers.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
**Must be able to work on site at our West Bend, WI corporate office
Preferred Experience and Skills
- 1-3 years of insurance related experience
- Data entry skills
- Knowledge of personal computers
- Ability to work in fast paced environment

Preferred Education and Training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of Associate in General Insurance Designation
