Training and Compliance Supervisor

Our "dedicated service models" have delivered trusted security and loss prevention solutions for our clients for decades, we are seeking a highly energetic & experienced Training and Compliance Supervisor to join our fast-paced team.
As the Training and Compliance Supervisor for Metro One, you will be responsible for coordinating new hire site training, existing security officer site training as well as necessary remedial training. Additional job functions include supporting the development of new policy and procedure documents including emergency procedures while reviewing and updating existing content on a scheduled and as-needed basis. The successful candidate will have expertise & knowledge in composing and managing emergency procedures and standard operation procedures for the business.
In this role you will:
• Collaborate in developing an understanding of the process, presenting it, & confirming supporting instructional resources & Compliance measurement.
• Compose training processes that effectively and efficiently empower our security staff to understand and deliver top notch security services. As well as composing effective policy & procedure content in the prescribed format.
• Conduct scheduled reviews of existing training policy & procedure content with stakeholders and senior management; update content as required.
• Analyze & identify instructional gaps within current training program as well as policies & procedures. Work with the Learning & Development team and Site leadership in prioritizing & updating all related instructional resources.
• Monitor & revise role clarity, process mapping, & procedural content aimed at enhancing productivity, expanding efficiency & improving compliance in critical areas.
• Flexible to work varying hours as required by projects & company needs.
• Adaptable to new technological applications & changing business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: At least 2 years in a related field/function - specific experience in creation of emergency and standard operating procedures.
Education: Associates Degree or higher

• Proven track record to understand a wide scope of processes & present them in clear, concise written form

• Ability to multi-task & work under pressure meeting continuing deadlines
