Requirements:
- Must have an operable vehicle.
- Must have full coverage of the vehicle.
- Must be additional insurance documents if not a directly insured driver, etc.
Responsibilities:
- An Independent Subcontractor Unarmed Security Consultant vendor's responsibilities are and are not limited to vehicle patrolling and monitoring a given location such as a job site, property, etc. You must have your vehicle for this position.
- We need open availability Monday - Sunday.
- We will work with your current schedule.
- They are to report via email all damages, suspicious activity, any property rights that are not functioning properly, illegal dumping of trash, and furniture, safely detour negative activity on the property, etc, inspect the sprinkler/electric rooms, take photos and attach to emails, report potholes, detour negative issues, etc, prevent damages to the property with more details provided in training.

Qualifications:
- The subcontractor must have their vehicle and valid full coverage insurance to complete the assignments.
- The subcontractor must have a valid driver's license.
- The subcontractor must have their cell phone, knows how to take photos with their cell phone, and are email savvy.
Pay:
- Weekly pay.
- $20.50 per hour
- The pay rate may increase to $22.00 per hour after successfully completing 60 paid assignments without tardiness and/or calling off. This is at O&P's discretion as financial increases are not guaranteed.
Days Off:
- On-Call Staggered Schedule.
Hours Weekly and Daily:
- Assignment Hours vary each day as days off per week vary each week.
- Assignment Hours typically will not exceed 2-8 hours in one day.
- This is a part-time contractual position as hours per week vary. Hours will not exceed 8 hours per day.
- New hires should have a flexible schedule to work with. On Call.
- Weekends are required.
