Protective Agent (Unarmed)

Relative Intel has multiple openings for experienced Protective Agents. You will patrol

the grounds of your assigned location in Edina to ensure residents/guests follow the

buildings policies. Strong communication skills will be a vital part of your success. Ability

to submit well written reports after every shift is a must.

Shifts Available:

Monday – Friday 4pm – 12am (40 hours)

Monday – Friday 12am – 8am (40 hours)

Saturday – Sunday 8am – 8pm (24 hours)

*Saturday – Sunday 8pm – 8am (24 hours)

Pay:

$18.00 (first 90 days)

$19.00 (after satisfactory 90-day review)

$20.00 (after satisfactory 180-day review)

*Weekend Overnight

$20.00 (first 90 days)

$21.00 (after satisfactory 90-day review)

$22.00 (after satisfactory 180-day review)

Protective Agent Duties and Responsibilities

 Hourly foot patrols (Internal/External)

 Monitor and control gate or door access for vehicles, employees, and visitors

 Check to make sure windows and doors are secure

 Recognize potentially dangerous situations and respond in the safest and

most effective manner

 Write, maintain, and present detailed reports, noting any damages, theft, or

other irregular activity

 Follow all state and company-enforced safety laws and regulations

Protective Agent Requirements and Qualifications

 High school diploma or GED equivalent

 1+ years’ experience as a Protective Agent (preferred)

 Pass State/FBI background check

 Strong Communication skills

 Ability to Deescalate situations

 Ability to excess in high stress situations

 First aid and CPR certified (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
