TIAG is now hiring an experiencedUI/UX Software Developerto join our team full time in support of the Marine Corps in Charleston, SC. The Developer will support efforts to optimize Marine Corps logistical planning. This position requires an active Secret Clearance to start work, so US or Naturalized Citizenship is a requirement.

Position Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality user interfaces and user experiences for web applications that integrate with ESRI's ArcGIS platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and customers to understand requirements and translate them into design concepts and prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make informed decisions to improve the user experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Implement designs in collaboration with the development team, ensuring that the final product adheres to the envisioned user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, techniques, and technologies, as well as advancements in ESRI's tools and platforms.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in design and implementation, adhering to 508 compliance and other relevant standards.
Required Experience
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer, with a portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of ESRI's ArcGIS platform, including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, and the ArcGIS API for JavaScript.
- Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
- Experience working with agile software development teams and DevSecOps
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
