In Office- Lead Web Developer & Ui/Ux Designer

Duties
1. Web Design and Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain websites, ensuring high performance and alignment with brand standards.
• Manage web architecture, underlying technology platforms, and a diverse range of tools.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.

2. UI/UX Design and Development:

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all digital platforms.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into innovative web design solutions.
• Prototype and iterate designs to continually improve the digital experience.

3. Responsive and Interactive Web Design:

• Design and implement visually appealing, responsive web layouts and interfaces
• Ensure all designs are optimized for a variety of devices and screen sizes
• Utilize CSS frameworks and JavaScript libraries to create interactive and dynamic web elements.

4. System Integration and Management:

• Handle website integrations with internal and external systems.
• Work closely with web and systems developers to ensure accurate translation of business objectives into functional websites and process flows.
• Manage digital / technical vendor relationships and tools on behalf of Brand organization.

5. Design Consistency and Branding:

• Uphold and evolve the visual brand language of the company across digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

6. Technical Support and Collaboration:

• Provide technical support to website clients, adhering to defined service level agreements.
• Interact and collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and fulfill their web-related needs.
• Maintain digital profiles and credentials for both the company and B2B customers across search and social channels.

1. Web Development:
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including Node.js, React, Next.js, Typescript), and PHP.
• Experience with CMS platforms (both legacy and headless), particularly WordPress and Sanity.
• Knowledge of Nameserver and DNS management and understanding of WCAG 2.1 Accessibility Standards.
2. Database and API Management:
• Skilled in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API design (REST, GraphQL, GROQ).
• Experience with API security (OAuth2, JWT, API keys) and cloud computing platforms (Microsoft Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Proficiency of intricate database query languages, encompassing the full spectrum of SQL dialects, coupled with advanced optimization techniques.
3. Design and UI/UX:
• Proficiency in UI/UX prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Experience with CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap) and CSS-in-JS libraries.
4. Version Control and Analytics:
• Expertise in version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity).
5. Additional Technical Skills:
• Experience with JavaScript package management, PHP development, email marketing tools, web server management, SSL/TLS certificate management, and advanced Office Suite skills.
• Proficiency in implementing two-factor authentication (2FA), including passkeys and physical 2FA devices, within complex distributed systems.
• Proficiency in crafting reusable template components and partials leveraging template engines such as Pug, Handlebars, and Jinja2.
