Ui/Ux Product Manager

In this technical and user-oriented position, you are expected to adopt the continuous discovery process to identify the most impactful new product development projects and deliver solutions with the best user experience to ensure growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, collaborator, and takes pride in owning the entire project lifecycle from start to finish. This position will join the marketing team and report to the Director of Marketing. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the complete client facing experience for corporate clients that use Foodja to place catering orders.
• Conduct competitor research to maintain best in class client experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to create a product development roadmap.
• Define and prioritize new and/or improved features to enhance the user experience.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms to ensure a seamless experience.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and collaborate on revisions.
• Partner with the engineering team throughout the product development cycle, from initial concepts to launch and post-release.
• Serve as the key point of contact for developers and QA resources to ensure proper implementation.
• Contribute to evolving our design system and UX strategy.
• Demonstrate a high level of creativity, organization, and passion for staying up to date with the latest digital product design trends.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product design execution
• Experience conducting customer research and user testing to improve designs
• Experience designing on multiple platforms (Desktop, Mobile, etc.)
• Highly proficient with design and interactive prototyping tools (Figma)
• Excellence in design craft
• Self-motivated team player able to work with a highly collaborative, cross-functional team
• Can initiate and drive multiple projects concurrently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
