Job Overview

Responsibilities and Duties
- Producing creative work that meets the needs of the clients;
- Designing and conceptualizing creative assets while collaborating with UX Designer and Developers;
- Adhering to client brand guidelines;
- Working with internal teams to support creative needs;
- Managing deadlines effective and staying on scheduling;
- Communicating with clients to understand their vision;
- Be a leader to encourage the professional growth of other Designers.
Qualifications
- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with wireframing software tools (XD, Figma, etc.)
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience using AfterEffects and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with video editing and motion design
- Experience with typography and layout
- Experience with responsive website design
- Experience with Brand Identity management
- Understanding of Design Systems and Userflows
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other scripting languages
- Understanding of advertising and marketing principles
- A positive, solution-oriented, problem-solving, customer-centric attitude
- Experience working on/designing for different web hosting platforms (Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.)
A standout candidate will also have:
- Experience working with a wide range of industries and clients
- 1-2 years of experience working in agency setting
- Experience with B2B and B2C clients
