Midland Health is seeking an experienced UltrasoundTech
Shift and Schedule
Monday Friday 7a-3:30 (possible call) H olidays are required to beworked that fall on these days.
Position Summary
Practices technology founded upontheoretical knowledge and concepts, uses equipment and accessories consistentwith the purposes for which they were designed, and employs procedures andtechniques appropriately
Assesses situations; exercises care,discretion, and judgment; assumes responsibility for professional decisions;and acts in the best interest of the patient.
Acts as an agent through observation andcommunication to obtain pertinent information for the physician to aid in thediagnosis and treatment of the patient and recognizes that interpretation anddiagnosis are outside the scope of practice for the profession.
The Ultrasound Technologist usesequipment and accessories, employs imaging and procedures, performs services inaccordance with an accepted standard of practice, and demonstrates expertise inproviding quality care to the patient, self, and other members of thehealthcare team.

ARDMSrequired.
Housing is NO longer included. Traveler/agencywill need to secure housing
Mask must be work inall areas of the hospital. Hallways, Cafeteria (unless you are dining), TeamingStations, Department, Common Areas, Etc.
