CASHIER/HELP KITCHEN

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong multitasking skills and attention to detail. Duties: - Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer orders and payments - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area - Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality of food - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer questions and addressing concerns - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Qualifications: - Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for cash handling and recipe measurements - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Culinary training or certification is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within our organization. Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.49 - $16.86 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
