Truck Driver Recruiter / Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, screen, and interview potential Truck Driver candidates through various channels.
• Conduct background checks, reference checks, and verifications for potential hires.
• Coordinate and facilitate driver orientations to ensure new hires are prepared for their role.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of driver information, certifications, and compliance.
• Work closely with HR and operations teams to streamline the onboarding process.
• Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform recruitment strategies.
• Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in Truck Driver recruitment, transportation, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver qualifications preferred.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.

Pay: $80,021.00 - $87,968.00 per year
