We are currently seeking professional, serious minded and dependable Class A CDL Truck Drivers who are ready to start work in 1 week. Drivers will be running a mix of dry and refrigerated NO TOUCH freight in a 350 mile radius of the DC. States served will include LA, TX, MS, AL and FL. 1700-1800 MPW. A typical workday will include 1-3 routes per day with 1-3 stops each and potentially a 10 hour break on the road each week. Drivers on this account are home daily.
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 full months solo verifiable Class A tractor trailer driving experience. Driver cannot have any preventable CMV accidents during this time and can be with no more than 2 carriers during this time.
- We will also accept 6-12 months solo OTR experience in the last 3 years and 6 months local experience in the last 12 months.
- Must have a very good BG and MVR and must be able to pass ALL DOT related pre-screenings. Stable job history required.
Drivers will slip seat in a day cab and will need a reliable personal vehicle to and from the DC. Our DC has 24/7 on-site staff, including safety support and a shop. Newer automatic tractors. All trucks receive a pre-seat 6 point inspection and are cleaned thoroughly before new dedicated drivers are seated after completing orientation.
On the job training will consist of in-classroom training for 1 day and 2-3 days of ride-along training at $100 per day.
Average weekly gross pay of $1400 and $72k yearly.
.40 - .50 CPM based on experience. Plus $20 per stop.
