SalaryO'Neal & Holmes, LLP is looking for a Tax Accountant to join our team in the Atascocita office. This person will provide tax services for our clients under the supervision of our very experienced Partners.
PARTIAL WORK FROM HOME/REMOTELY.
The ideal candidate will be a CPA or CPA candidate with tax experience. Knowledge of Pro System fx tax software is a plus. This is an excellent situation for someone looking for a small firm atmosphere with the opportunity to assume a leadership role in the firm's progression.
Responsibilities:
- Tax Preparation - Prepare individual, trust, corporate, partnership, S corp., and non-profit entity tax returns.
- Provide Tax Planning and Guidance - Interface confidentially with both leadership and clients to help with tax questions and planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Knowledge of tax and accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to handle information confidentially
- Familiarity with tax software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience meeting regular deadlines
