```Duties```
- Coordinate and schedule transportation services for deliveries and pickups
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient operations
- Monitor and track shipments using GPS and transportation management systems
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize routes, and improve overall efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on delivery status
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including data entry into relevant systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any logistical challenges
```Skills```
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems such as AS400, SyteLine, or Oracle Transportation Management
- Strong knowledge of phone systems and communication protocols
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize supply chain operations
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL)
- Familiarity with GPS technology for tracking shipments and optimizing routes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry
