SalaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the cafe operations, including food preparation, cash handling, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Train and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs effectively
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and reporting
Experience:
- Previous experience in kitchen management or cafe management is required
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Proven track record in cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Familiarity with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
