As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties
- Manage all aspects of the cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff members to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings
- Coordinate catering services for special events or large parties
- Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry or hospitality management is required
- Strong knowledge of POS system is preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
