We want a fun, energetic, responsible and detail-oriented individual who is dedicated to exceptional customer service and can work within a proven system. They must be able to multitask, have a high level of integrity, and willing "to go the extra mile". You must maintain a positive attitude, be coachable, team-oriented, and especially reliable during and responsible for your shifts.
Our goal will be to masterfully train employees under the Tropical Smoothie Café system and develop talent within the organization. Experience:
- Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Guest services: 2 years (Preferred)
