Our Office is in search for a Candidate who is not afraid to work hard, will not give up when things get hard, and wants to stay with us for years and years. We are looking for someone that will not accept anything less than delivering the highest patient care experience, and will watch out for co-workers like family.

Candidates must be able to work Mondays through Fridays. Fluency in Spanish a plus, experience with Pediatric Dentistry and Open Dental software a bonus. Position available immediately.

This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, commitment to the team, and the ability to focus in a fast-paced environment. The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the dental office, providing exceptional patient service, and supporting the administrative functions of the practice.

Responsibilities and Duties (including but not limited to)
-Greet patients, answer phone calls, help with opening and closing of office

-Helping patients get started with diagnosed treatment plans in a timely manner

-Responding to phone calls and online appointment requests

-Follow professional expectations and provide families with the expected level of service
