Job Description:

TowneBank is a relationship and friendship driven local bank focused on basic human values that will serve to create a warm sense of belonging and financial well-being among our family of members. We are seeking a Treasury Services Support Representative to provide exquisite member support for Treasury Services to include ACH Origination, Wire Transfers, Account Analysis, Corporate Online Banking (including Bill Pay), Positive Pay, RDC, and other Cash Management products. The Treasury Services Support Representative will also provide support to branch personnel for general inquires. The Treasury Services Support Representative role is critical to the continued success of the Treasury Team and TowneBank members.
As a Treasury Services Support Representative, you may look forward to:

  • Assisting members with processing steps for originating ACH, initiating wire transfers, positive pay files, and remote deposit.
  • Assisting corporate members with online banking.
  • Frequently monitoring Treasury Service email folders for member/branch inquires.
  • Providing online support to members via secure email channels.
  • Assisting the Treasury Services Implementation team as needed.
  • Staying abreast of system functionality as enhancements/releases are deployed.
  • Performing other duties and departmental functions as assigned.
  • Obeying all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).


You are a person that has (required skills):
 

  • Exquisite Member Service Skills.
  • Excellent interaction and call etiquette.
  • Computer skills (Word and Excel).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Time management skills.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • Treasury/Cash Management experience.
  • One to two years of payment experience (origination and receiving).
  • Call center experience.


You will be better prepare if you have (desired skills and competencies):

  • One year of previous banking experience


Physically you can anticipate to:

  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
  • Exert up to/carry 20 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
  • Vision, hearing, speech, and manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with fingers is required.
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
  • Not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
