We are seeking a Treasury Manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of treasury for our entities in the North America market. This role will assess, monitor, plan and manage the efficient utilization of cash, treasury services, and risk services for the entities in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and treasury operations, as well as a hands-on mindset with strong communication skills.
What You'll Do
This role will manage the day-to-day operations of the Treasury function, including cash management, funding, and investments. The Manager will act as a bank administrator and organize cash deposits, bank gurantees and similar, while collaborating with corporate treasury on projects to further improve the setup and processes for the region. Specific responsibilites may include:

• Develop and implement short- and long-term treasury strategies together with the corporate treasury team to support the company's financial goals
• Oversee the management of cash, including managing risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage and develop further any working capital management programs
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Finance & Accounting, to ensure effective coordination
• Provide guidance and support to other stakeholders at the corporate level
• Assess, plan, and manage the risk management program for North America (includes main offices, retail stores, distribution centers & manufacturing locations)
• Provide ongoing review of key treasury controls, documentation, and policy adherence; administer related accounts, systems and programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as banks and insurance brokers
• Assist in planning and reporting tasks

What We're Looking For
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; an advanced degree or Certified Treasury Professional is preferred. We are seeking a candidate with 10+ years experience in treasury operations, including a minimum 5 years in a senior level role. This hands-on role requires an individual who demonstrates an attitude of one that takes ownership of their function, and proven ability to identify problems and solve them; along with a proactive approach to always seeking greater efficiencies. Other qualifications include:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to monitor appropriate financial measures; interpret and use data to help in decision making process and recommending improvements within the area of cash and working capital management
• Strong ability to plan and organize so work is completed efficiently; ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks; makes efficient use of the company's resources
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other functional areas and across brands in other locations
• High energy level and flexible work style with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates professionalism and ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and appropriate manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of Treasury Management systems and processes
