As a Treasury Management Sales Associate, you will assist the TM Team Lead and Consultants with implementation coordination for new and existing clients. Provide assistance in the overall success and growth for assigned sales territory. Respond to other Bank associates' referrals regarding customer acquisition.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist the Team Lead and Consultants in the sale of cash management products. Accompany consultants on occasional sales calls.
- Prepare customized professional sales presentations, reviews, and Requests For Proposals within sales territory.
- Prepare customized sales proposals, product documentation, and sales reports.
- Responsible for reviewing and submitting customer agreements. Verify service charges via the Account Analysis system.
- Responsible for following up on on-site installations of cash management applications to ensure customer knowledge and use of products and services..
- Maintain open communication with other Bank associates concerning cash Management Sales calls, sales, and developments. Proactively refer prospects to appropriate officers.
- Responsible for continuing professional education and community involvement.
- Responsible for complying with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
Education & Certifications
- Associate's Degree: Related Field (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
Experience
- 0 to 2 years of banking experience; preferably including sales of Cash Management products required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Possess working knowledge of cash management products and services.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with in MS Office 2010 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Possess outstanding customer service, rapport building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to accept and promote change.
