This position is responsible for the hiring, development and management of front-line treasury staff in a specified market. This position will serve as player/coach to generate deposit growth and increase fee income by developing new business relationships and expanding existing relationships utilizing a professional and consultative approach to sell
Treasury Management solutions; provide leadership and guidance for regional teams to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
Responsibilities
Hire, manage, lead, develop, coach and motivate a team of treasury professionals
Monitor employee performance to include providing continuous performance/coaching feedback to ensure individual and department goals are met
Provide leadership and guidance for junior level sales officers and associates
Responsible for meeting annual goals and sales activity by developing and executing a strategy to generate new deposits & fee income; manage to regional budget
Develop partnerships with market leaders and lending teams to enhance business opportunities
Develop a strong networking circle to grow, develop and retain new profitable relationships
Meet with lenders and other front-line employees to review portfolios and pipelines to identify new sources for deposits and revenue
Make regular calls on potential clients through personal calling efforts, referrals and other contacts to discuss needs, recommend ways in which the bank can serve their needs, generate new deposits and Treasury revenue
Partner with teammates and other banking professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions to the client that result in a highly satisfied client experience
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, pricing and cost analysis
Demonstrate proficient knowledge of Treasury Management services and educate prospective customers on the features, benefits and value propositions related to each service
Develop an understanding of other product offerings within and across divisional boundaries in order to cross-sell solutions to new and existing customers
Generate and/or support new ideas for Treasury Management products and services.
Respond professionally and accurately to customer service inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Monitor and enforce compliance with operational, regulatory and fraud policies to mitigate risk

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
Solid knowledge of overall banking services and operations with a specific focus on Treasury Management products, systems, operations, and customer service
Results oriented with demonstrated ability to achieve organizational and business goals and objectives, preferred
Strong client facing skills; able to clearly communicate and influence clients and business partners, preferred
Demonstrate excellent communication skills with clients and internal business partners, both verbal and written
Ability to grow relationships, identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, preferred
Ability to navigate and meet deadlines in a large complex environment, preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills are required
Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), required
Demonstrated ability to effectively motivate, coach and lead a team
Travel required as necessary
Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
