Who You Are:

What You'll Do:
- Support all facets of global cash management and daily treasury operations.
- Manage and forecast daily liquidity and cash activity for North America entities; make recommendations for short term borrowings and investments to balance companies' daily cash position.
- Execute FX spot trades via FXALL.
- Bank liaison for all internal departments (Payroll, A/R, A/P, etc.).
- Provide retail store support, including, but not limited to store openings/closings, ordering deposit slips, change order reconciliations, and working with armored couriers to ensure timely pickup of store deposits.
- Maintain and document treasury processes for enhanced operational efficiency and SOX compliance.
- Conduct monthly bank account analysis reconciliation; work with Retail/Loss prevention to address any issues.
- Bank Documentation - work with partner banks to update account signers as needed, ensure accounts are opened/closed accurately and completely, and all treasury services requested are tested, and operating correctly.
- Manage and maintain global bank account databases.
- Participate in month and quarter-end reporting.
- Prepare routine and ad hoc financial analysis and participate in treasury-related projects as needed.
- Oversee maintenance of treasury functionality within SAP. This includes:
- Ensure scheduled H2H and payment transmissions are successfully loaded.
- Track and maintain various treasury requirements, such as the activity and balance of bank accounts, letters of credit, lines of credit and investments.
- Execute treasury payments (wire and ACH).
You'll Need to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related field
- 1 - 2 years Finance experience required, Banking, or Treasury Operations preferred; retail experience a plus
- Developed organizational and process management skills.
- Proficient Excel skills

- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA, JPMorgan Access, and Refinitiv FXAll a plus
