Summary:
The Treasury Analyst I report to the Manager of Global Bank Services within the AmTrust Treasury Department. Global Bank Services is responsible for managing all Accounts, Services, User Entitlements and Online Banking Platforms along with other job responsibilities that is utilized within the Treasury Department. Must maintain a solid understanding of Bank and Treasury services and products as well as the mission, vision, and values that uphold the standards of the AmTrust Organization.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up new domestic, international and custody bank accounts with various banks, request bank services, and review bank reports as required to maintain accurate reporting and audit requirements.
- Serve as Main Bank System Administrator for all Domestic and International Treasury Online Banking Platforms.
- Entitle and audit all users that are entitled to various online banking platforms.
- Manage and audit all bank accounts within AmTrust Organization.
- Daily maintenance of Bank connectivity reports and cash variance issues.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly account and user entitlement reporting.
- Manage and complete Mergers and Acquisitions
- Complete Quarterly and Annual SOC and KPMG Audit requirements
- Develop policy and procedures aimed at supporting the cash management functions across the company footprint.
- Performs other job functions related to duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
- Associate degree preferably in finance, accounting, business OR equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial and trust banking, treasury, OR finance environment.
- Experience using Treasury Management Systems AND/OR Banking Software.
- Must be familiar with Treasury Management Products.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong quantitative AND/OR risk analysis skills
- Strong analytical AND/OR financial modeling skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must be able to multi-task.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Bank Policies, Processes, and Services.
- Knowledge of the Insurance Industry a plus
