JOB TITLE: Treasury Analyst

DEPARTMENT: Finance

REPORTING TO: Controller

PRIMARY FUNCTION OF POSITION:

The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing the financial activity of the company. They will review financial transactions, examine cash flow, assess assets and liabilities, prepare treasury reports, and create financial forecasts and management strategies. The Treasury Analyst will ensure that the company is financially efficient and operationally profitable.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Creating processes to help the company ensure it maintains operational cash flow.
• Creating working capital goals and budgets for company leaders to follow.
• Allocating company spending accounts and overseeing all transactions.
• Performing risk assessments.
• Developing regular treasury reports for executives to review.
• Developing relationships with business partners and investors.
• Monitoring company cash position.
• Manage company bank accounts and revolving debt obligations.
• Support internal processes as needed.
• Drive Fx strategies and drive alignment throughout the organization.
• Perform reporting as required:
• 13 week cash flow – completed weekly
• Quarterly working capital update,
• Other reports as required.
• Participate in daily treasury duties as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• 3+ years of experience in treasury management, finance, or accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• While performing duties of this job, the employee is required to have good hearing and sight.
• You will need to be able to walk the shop floor and be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
