Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Pipefitters for projects located in and around Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana. This is a full time opportunity, working between 50-84 hours per week. The pay range is $31-33/hour based on experience plus $85/Per Diem to travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
- Assemble, Layout, Install and Maintain Pipe Systems on Steam, Fluid or Gas Systems; Pipe systems may include; Pipe Flanges, Supports, Valves, Gauges, Hangars and Angles
- Work in all Parts of the Construction or Maintenance Site including Buildings, Outside and Inside structures, tanks or boilers
- Work in Underground Excavation Areas and Working at Heights of 300 Feet
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 Years of Experience in the Pipe Fitting Process
- Able to Lift, Carry and Move up to 50 Pounds
- Knowledge on the Pipe Fitting Processes for Industrial Piping and Boiler Components for a Combined-Cycle Power Plant
