Traveling Part Time/Full Time Manager Cannabis Dispensary

We are looking to employ a traveling/floating Part Time to Full Time manager that is knowledgeable and experienced. This manager would get 32-40 hours a week. This Dispensary Manager would work between 2 to 3 different dispensaries. Condado, Fajardo and Las Piedras.
This Dispensary Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the dispensary, managing budtenders and leads. Will be responsible for closing and opening the dispensary. Reviewing inventory levels.
To be successful as a Manager at our Dispensary, you should keep abreast of the latest developments in medicinal cannabis laws and regulations to maintain legal compliance. Ultimately, an outstanding Manager should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills by ensuring that patients are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Will direct the work of Budtenders and employees in lower job classifications.
• Will assist in training newly hired employees.
• Meets regularly with Leadership team to provide status updates

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

• Occupational/Manager License required.
• Manager certification required

• Develops the store management team to deliver quality customer experiences and effective operations plans.
• Drives the implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting the store management team to develop and implement plans that meet objectives.
• Manages with integrity and honesty.
• Plans, identifies, communicates and delegates responsibilities to the store management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.
• Reviews store environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Creates implementation plans to achieve both operational efficiency and optimal results. Follow up consistently to ensure accountability to plans.
• Monitors and manages dispensary staff. Ensures management-level partner development and talent acquisition in order to achieve and maintain district operational requirements.
• Solicits feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the community.
• Utilizes management information tools and analyzes financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in district performance.
• Provide Budtenders with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities on building effective teams.
• Fully comply with the regulations that are set out in "Reglamento 9038" and Law 42 for the medicinal cannabis industry in PR.
• Enforce the sanitary measures established by the government and Caramor LLC throughout the routine operations and in cases of pandemics and any other extraordinary circumstance.
