Sunbelt Staffing is actively hiring for a Home Health Hospice RN position in Franklin, Louisiana. You must have a Registered Nursing License in Louisiana to qualify for this role. The ideal candidate would have experience with SOCs, diagnosis coding and Medicare/Medicaid documentation.
Job Requirements:
Louisiana RN License
1-2 years of Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) experience
Active AHA BLS Certification
Oasis documentation (24-hour turnaround)
1 year Start of care experience
1 year Homecare Homebase experience
