Job Description
- Meeting with patients and their families to discuss, observe, diagnose, and treat physical disabilities.
- Formulating treatment plans based on the patient’s medical history and in-person evaluations, as well as referrals and notes submitted by other physicians and medical experts.
- Providing pain management strategies and helping patients recover and regain mobility after accidents, injuries, or surgeries.
- Helping patients regain the best possible level of functionality, health, and independence.
- Assisting and working under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists.
- Documenting all services provided to ensure safety, accuracy, and timely billing of therapy services.
- Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition.
- Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.
- Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
- Creating personalized fitness-oriented health care programs for patients.
