Travel Physical Therapist - 1714510

Provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with physician-approved treatment plans. Assures quality physical therapy care and regulatory guideline compliance leading to positive patient outcomes. Our Physical Therapy department is part of a progressive and growing Rehab department, working closely with Speech and Occupational Therapists as well as nursing colleagues and referring physicians.

The Shift:

• 1.0 FTE
• The practice sees 75% outpatients, 25% inpatients in adjoining critical access facilities.
• Day shift, 8 am-5 pm Monday - Friday
• No call, weekends, or holidays are required!
