Goal:

To provide exceptional nursing care to various communities in across various settings throughout various States catering to a wide spectrum of healthcare needs.

Assignment Duration:

Assignment duration range 13 weeks with possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with physicians and facility Charge Nurse to provide comprehensive healthcare services that include, but are not limited to, primary care, trauma care, prenatal care, obstetrics, treatment of acute injuries and illnesses and working in general treatment clinics.

- Adhering to the care plan, application of the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate, observe, and educate.

- Strong critical thinking skills, assessment skills, therapeutic communication techniques and excellent interpersonal skills to tackle challenging situations objectively utilizing evidence-based practice.

- Maintaining privacy and confidentiality in accordance with the Personal Health Information Act (PHIPA)

- Strict adherence to Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) protocols.

- Adherence to Integra’s Policies and Procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a valid license, NCLEX

- Criminal Record Check (must be within 12 months)

Various credentialing and documentation vary based on each position
