HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a
Travel Coordinatorin support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the comprehensive management of travel logistics and planning to support government project objectives.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring travel arrangements conform to government policies, aiding in travelrelated agenda development for TO kickoff and IPR meetings, participation in the creation of MSRs with detailed travel summaries, maintaining meticulous travel logs, assisting with financial reporting of travel expenditures, and facilitating logistics for project equipment during travel. These functions coordinates, reporting on the status of project travel, and provides detailed trip reporting. Contributes to financial transparency related to travel costs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field OR
- 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field OR
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience
