Grow your career as a Travel Agency Operations & Strategy Manager (B2B Loyalty) within Hyatt - Inclusive Collection, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and spearheading innovative strategies in collaboration with both internal and external sales, marketing, and distribution teams. Your primary objective will be to drive the growth of Hyatt Inclusive Collection advisor direct bookings, ensuring our continued success in the market.
A successful Travel Agency Operations & Strategy Manager (B2B Loyalty) will:
- Lead commission strategy, processes and reporting for advisor direct bookings.
- Responsible for developing programs, benefits, policies, incentives and promotions to drive advisor direct bookings.
- Develops program and promotion KPI and reports on them with executive summary review as needed and required.
- Work with marketing, sales and loyalty leaders to create B2B direct campaigns in traditional and digital mediums including trade advertising, email & social media.
- Lead the strategy and implementation of the B2B booking technology and affiliate sites.
- Working with internal teams and agency partners to create sales collateral and associated field marketing materials capable of communicating unique brand attributes and selling points to distributors and end users, leading to a notable lift in lead conversions.
- Conducts product trainings to sales teams as needed.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ALG core values.

A successful Travel Agency Operations & Strategy Manager (B2B Loyalty) will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of B2B travel industry experience, preferably with hotel or tour operator
- 3+ years experience with Travel Advisor Booking Systems and Management
- 3+ years experience with Travel Commission & Commission Systems
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools
- Ability to create and conduct PowerPoint presentations
- Salesforce experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity
- Collaboration & team skills: with a focus on cross-group collaboration
- Strong project management skills
- Spanish speaking would be beneficial but not required
