Good Karma Brands is looking for a goal oriented and creative self-starter Digital Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Digital team. The ideal candidate would play an important role in managing teammates and become the point of contact for internal and external issues. As a Digital Strategy and Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations and provide recommendations of workflow processes for digital assets.

Daily Tasks of a Digital Strategy and Operations Manager

• Assist with management of ESPN Digital operations and planning requests.
• Assist with training / education for ESPN Digital outsourced operations team.
• Provide recommendations and management of workflow processes for digital inventory assets.
• Help Senior Director of Strategy and Operations and VP of Digital Sales with requests and ensuring best practices are met both internally and externally.
• Manage internal support teammates (Digital Account Mgmt. team).
• Become the POC for internal and external issues – working in unison with our Digital Sales team and communicating effectively with publisher partners and vendors.
• Oversee Day-to-Day Operations of assigned markets: Missing Creative outreach, QA, managing workflow, measure 3rd party reporting.
• Escalate priority Trafficking, Planning, and Screenshot requests to internal and external teams when necessary.
• Take ownership of any Homepage Sponsorship opportunities and execution.
• Join client / partner facing calls when issues arise or whenever necessary.

Preferred knowledge, skills, and qualifications

• 3+ years of digital advertising experience
• Management experience is preferred but not necessary
• Passion for sports and customer service
• Goal oriented and creative self-starter
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple teams and systems
• Passion to be a part of team while also working independently

Hours/Salary/Benefits

This is an exempt role with a competitive base salary. This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
