Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience managing transportation.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience in planning, business case development, team management or budget management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop innovative design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Solid problem-solving skills to analyze complex logistics challenges and develop effective solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Manager and cross-functional partners to define project parameters, including requirements, scope, schedule, resourcing, milestones, and tasks.
- Leverage technical expertise and thought leadership to enhance project efficiency, identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements to support team scalability and growth.
- Establish technical direction for your team, build roadmaps, complete analysis, scope and plan programs, and continuously improve processes and tooling to make your team more efficient.
- Define and develop program roadmap, scope, approach, and establish program goals with realistic timing as well as leading change management efforts.
- Lead the assessment of current logistics systems, technologies, and processes to identify areas for enhancement and optimization to drive efficiency, speed, scale and predictability.
