Education and Experience: Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of professional experience and hold a bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience in product development and marketing, along with knowledge of finance and accounting principles related to utility program implementations, is preferred. Strong project management and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Join our team dedicated to advancing Transportation Electrification initiatives. As a Transportation Electrification Projects Manager, you'll play a crucial role in developing and supporting programs aimed at making the transition to electric vehicles smoother and more cost-effective. Your work will directly contribute to providing incentives and rebates that facilitate the electrification of transportation.
Reports to: Manager of Transportation Electrification Business Programs.
This role offers creative, customer-minded individuals the opportunity to develop Transportation Electrification products and services that delight customers while supporting our strategic objectives. You'll have the chance to lead projects, collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage budgets, and contribute to the growth of our electrification initiatives.
Team and Work Environment: You'll be part of a dynamic team comprising approximately 12 individuals focused on creating and supporting programs that promote the electrification of transportation. Together, we aim to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive the adoption of electric vehicles. You'll interact closely with teammates from various departments, including Customer Experience, Grid Edge, IT, Data, and EV Operations & Maintenance.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: In this role, you'll support the program management of retail charging customer experience and oversee the upgrade construction and ongoing management of multiple charging sites. Your tasks will include installing new chargers, setting up program management for charging sites, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Top Priorities: Your top priorities in the initial weeks and months will be understanding the desired retail charging customer experience, installing new chargers at designated sites, and establishing program management for Electric Avenues.
Challenges: The primary challenges in this role will involve understanding the construction process, working with new technologies, potential integrations, complex data sets, and navigating internal communication channels effectively.
