Transportation Customer Service Representative
Reputable transportation company seeks to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative!
Qualified candidate must have at least 1 year experience in the transportation industry. Those without this experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Must provide excellent Customer Service.
- Answer any customer emails or calls in a timely manner.
- Resolve any issues that arise in a cost effective & timely manner.
- Provide strong friendly communication to customers, coworkers, and vendors.
Looking for a motivated, self-starter with excellent time management & organizational skills. Must possess strong computer skills as well.
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with room for advancement!
Location: Columbus, OH
Salary: $45K - $60K
