Duties:
- Track shipments on carrier websites and update systems with status
- Email UMG Customer Service regarding shipments requiring additional information (valid address, contact info)
- Process freight claims and follow up with carriers on claim status
- Prepare and publish reports
- Communicate with warehouse on invalid Tracking Numbers
- Communicate with warehouse on open orders
- Respond to internal customers with order updates
Skills:
- Strong computer skills including extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- Data entry experience
- High Level of attention to detail
- Prioritizes work activities; plans and stays organized
- Comfortable communicating with internal customers and vendors by email and phone
Education: Associate's Degree (Community College, MBO)
