Job Responsibilities
Proactively renew and revive transportation insurance accounts.
Handle incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Upsell and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to meet client needs.
Re-activate dormant accounts and engage with former clients to re-establish relationships.
Provide exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments in transportation insurance.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Account Manager, specifically in the Transportation sector.
Familiarity with carriers such as MTrust, Progressive, Great West, Northland, Canal, and Navigator.
Strong understanding of transportation insurance policies and market trends.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
