Our Client is seeking a Transcriptionist / Data Entry Clerk.
Earn an hourly rate at this full-time position, working Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Description:
- Listen to and write out audio and or video recordings
- Transcribe reports, meetings
- Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate department, 10 - 15 calls per day
- Perform receptionist duties such as preparation / processing of forms, letters, reports, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
- Dependable & reliable
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
- Well organized, adaptable & efficient
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum ability to type 50 WPM preferred
- Construction Knowledge a plus
