Job Summary/Basic Function:
The Transcript Processor position will be responsible for reviewing and processing all transcript requests, in addition to managing the delegated email address for transcripts. This includes electronic transcripts, physical transcripts, and transcript records on microfilm/microfiche.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all transcript processing both hard and electronic.
- Managing the delegated email account for transcripts. This includes addressing inquiries and the intake and processing of transcript request forms.
- Assisting the staff in looking up records that are not in Banner using a microfiche machine.
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school Diploma and related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfort with handling sensitive documents and maintenance of records. Excellent written, oral, and customer service skills.
Salary Range:
$29.35 hourly - $29.35 hourly
