Job Description:
KAIT-TV is seeking a dynamic, intelligent, creative, and energetic team player to join our Sales Force in a vibrant, growing market in NE Arkansas.
The winning candidate will be expected to work with Regional and National agencies, achieve budget goals, service existing accounts, and develop new business. Must provide excellent customer service, maintain integrity, and have the ability to build strong client relationships for client retention.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience in media sales or a related field is a plus, but not required. Candidates should possess good marketing instincts, along with excellent communication and closing skills. A college degree in business, sales, or marketing is preferred. Great income potential and benefits package.
