Transaction Risk Analyst
What does a Transaction Risk Analyst do?
You will act as the day-to-day primary point of contact for our merchant's engagement with fraud and payment threats.
What you will do:
- Work with merchants on understanding the overall payments threat landscape including ways to protect and remediate fraud and risk issues.
- Interpret trend analytics based on a broad variety of data sources to identify and implement solutions to reduce fraud exposure.
- Develop, implement, and improve comprehensive fraud detection strategies and authorization decision rules that balance fraud loss with client experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to lead and promote efforts to mitigate fraud risk.
- Provide on-going monitoring of performance of rules, behaviors, and fraud models and provides guidance based on existing and emerging threats.
- Monitor real time queues and identify high risk transactions within the ecommerce platform.
What you need to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ecommerce Fraud experience
- Client Management experience
- Technical API integration experience
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor's degree
