Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Your Mission:

As a Transaction Coordinator, you'll be the orchestrator of seamless home selling and buying experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Transaction Supervision: Oversee all administrative aspects of home seller transactions, ensuring a smooth journey from contract signing to closing.
  • Document Management: Assist acquisition reps, clients, and stakeholders with paperwork, guaranteeing the completion of all escrow documents, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
  • Inspection Coordination: Schedule inspections and assist in negotiations and repairs as necessary.
  • Meticulous Verification: Scrutinize documents for accuracy, confirming correct signatures, initials, and dates to maintain a streamlined transaction process.
  • Event Management: Coordinate events related to the closing process, including moving schedules.
  • Data Entry and Compliance: Enter client information into our database system, submit documentation for file compliance, and monitor transaction activity.
  • Addenda and Extensions: Ensure all necessary addenda are included and arrange extensions when needed.
  • Escrow and Title Handling: Open files with escrow or title companies, update title searches, and facilitate communication between all parties.
  • Digital Management: Create and maintain web-based transaction management files for clients and agents, providing secure access to track progress and upload shared documents.
  • Communication: Send weekly email updates summarizing transaction status and upcoming deadlines, keeping agents informed.
  • Documentation Distribution: Ensure all parties receive the necessary paperwork.
  • Closing Support: Follow up with escrow or title companies on closing day and send reminders for lockbox removal and seller's forwarding address.

Qualifications:
